Anyone who knows me knows that I love anything different. I always like to be the first in the area to offer cool new products to my clients. So when I saw these amazing graphics that could add "rain" to any photograph, I hopped on it. (No pun intended since my last name is Hopp.)
Here is a before & after of an image using this Photoshop graphic. To see it larger and better, just click on the image. I will be offering this special effect as one of my "H Series" upgrades. Now if we could only get it to actually rain here in San Diego, wouldn't that be nice?
